2008 Elementary Summer Enrichment Programs

Children's Meeting House will be hosting our Summer Camp Program again this year! The Camp is staffed with enthusiastic teachers and full of exciting activities, making it a good time for all! The Elementary programs are open to children between the ages of 6 (entering 1st grade) to the 6th grade.

Week 1: July 7 - 11 Nature Camp

We will explore the acreage that surrounds CMH, collecting ideas and resources to create works of art. We will paint and sketch the scenery that surrounds us. We will also hunt for clay in the creek and, if our hunt is successful, we will create beautiful sculptures.

Week 2: July 14 - 18 Science Camp

We will conduct experiments using the abundant supply of earth, water, air and sun. We will conduct our own experiments on astronomy, plants and animals, magnets, light and sound.

Week 3: July 21 - 25 Performance Camp

Looking for actors and actresses! Children will write a play, design the set and costumes and perform for the camera. They will learn to play a recorder and make their own musical instrument.

Both weeks of camp will include time for cooling off with water play.

Tuition for CMH Elementary All Day Summer Camp Programs

8:30 am to 3:00 pm
$195.00 weekly tuition
This program is offered to children 6 years old to 6th grade.
